1. Change‑of‑Mind Returns
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused and in original condition
- It is in the original packaging
- You have proof of purchase
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Once we receive and check the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your Lusora toy arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
We will offer:
A free replacement, or a full refund
3. Non‑Returnable Items
We can’t accept returns if:
- The product has been used heavily or damaged after delivery
- Parts are missing
- The item was purchased more than 30 days ago
